"Now it's beautiful" (performance/installation/movie)
Installation and movie of the process. Visually, the application of talcum powder to carbon is the opposite of a natural process, (from white color to black) the melting of glaciers in the Arctic. Ice flowing into the oceans exposes the rocks. In this work, I am trying to reverse this process and show how much effort is needed to stop climate change. In terms of meaning, coal powdering is a process that we see when we watch commercials every day, hearing about great corporate initiatives that allegedly want to change the world for the better. How can they do it if the goal for which they are established is to earn maximum profit for their owners? Has anyone ever heard shareholders prefer ecology or the fate of people over their profit? This powder is eco-washing, it is also everyday lies we hear from politicians and corporations.
Technique: Hard coal, technical talc (the basic ingredient of the powder used in cosmetics)

Instalacja oraz film z procesu. W sferze wizualnej nakładanie talku na węgiel to odwrotność procesu, który zachodzi w naturze, czyli roztapiania się lodowców w Arktyce. Spływający do oceanów lód odsłania skały. W tej pracy staram się odwrócić ten proces i pokazać jak wiele wysiłku potrzeba by zatrzymać zmiany klimatyczne. W warstwie znaczeniowej pudrowanie węgla proces, który widzimy, oglądając codziennie reklamy, słuchając o wspaniałych inicjatywach korporacji, które rzekomo chcą zmienić świat na lepsze. Jak mogą to zrobić skoro celem, do którego zostały powołane, jest wypracowywanie maksymalnego zysku dla swoich właścicieli? Czy ktoś kiedyś słyszał by akcjonariusze, przedkładali ekologię czy los ludzi nad swój zysk? Ten puder to eco-washing, to również codzienne kłamstwa, które słyszymy od polityków, korporacji.
